SEC. 352. GRUNDY, VIRGINIA.The Secretary shall proceed with planning, engineering, design, and construction of the Grundy, Virginia, element of the Levisa and Tug Forks of the Big Sandy River and Upper Cumberland110 STAT. 3725 River project, authorized by section 202 of the Energy and Water Development Appropriation Act, 1981 (94 Stat. 1339), in accordance with Plan 3A as set forth in the preliminary draft detailed project report of the Huntington District Commander, dated August 1993.
