HAYSI LAKE, VIRGINIA.

SEC. 353. HAYSI LAKE, VIRGINIA.The Haysi Lake, Virginia, feature of the project for flood control, Tug Fork of the Big Sandy River, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Virginia, authorized pursuant to section 202(a) of the Energy and Water Development Appropriation Act, 1981 (94 Stat. 1339), is modified— (1) to add recreation and fish and wildlife enhancement as project purposes; (2) to direct the Secretary to construct the Haysi Dam feature of the project substantially in accordance with Plan A as set forth in the Draft General Plan Supplement Report for the Levisa Fork Basin, Virginia and Kentucky, dated May 1995; (3) to direct the Secretary to apply section 103(m) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 (33 U.S.C. 2213(m); 100 Stat. 4087) to the construction of such feature in the same manner as that section is applied to other projects or project features constructed pursuant to such section 202(a); and (4) to provide for operation and maintenance of recreational facilities on a reimbursable basis.
