REPEAL TEMPORARY PROMOTION OF WARRANT OFFICERS.

SEC. 210. REPEAL TEMPORARY PROMOTION OF WARRANT OFFICERS. (a) Repeal.— Section 277 of title 14, United States Code, is repealed. The repeal of such section shall not be construed to affect the status of any warrant officer currently serving under a temporary promotion. (b) Conforming Amendment.— The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 11 of title 14, United States Code, is amended by striking the item relating to section 277.
