SEC. 334. FEASIBILITY STUDY OF ABANDONED TROLLEY SERVICE. (a) Study.—The Secretary, in cooperation with the city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, shall conduct a study of the feasibility of restoring trolley service to corridors on which trolley service has been abandoned in such city. (b) Report.—Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall transmit to Congress a report on the results of the study conducted under subsection (a).
