SEC. 314. FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT AMENDMENT. Section 621(b)(4) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. 1681s(b)(4)) is amended by striking “Interstate Commerce Commission with respect to any common carrier subject to those Acts” and inserting in lieu thereof “Secretary of Transportation, with respect to all carriers subject to the jurisdiction of the Surface Transportation Board”.
