SEC. 315. EQUAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITY ACT AMENDMENT. Section 704(a)(4) of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (15 U.S.C. 1691c(a)(4)) is amended by striking “Interstate Commerce Commission with respect to any common carrier subject to those Acts” and inserting in lieu thereof “Secretary of Transportation, with respect to all carriers subject to the jurisdiction of the Surface Transportation Board”.
