SEC. 326. ALASKA RAILROAD TRANSFER ACT OF 1982 AMENDMENTS. Section 608 of the Alaska Railroad Transfer Act of 1982 (45 U.S.C. 1207) is amended— (1) by striking “the jurisdiction of the Interstate Commerce Commission under chapter 105” in subsection (a)(1) and inserting in lieu thereof “part A”; and (2) by striking “the jurisdiction of the Interstate Commerce Commission under chapter 105” in subsection (c) and inserting in lieu thereof “part A”.
