SEC. 3013. FORMULA GRANTS AND LOANS FOR SPECIAL NEEDS OF ELDERLY INDIVIDUALS AND INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES. (a) Section Heading.— Section 5310 is amended in the section heading by striking “Grants” and inserting “Formula grants”. (b) Conforming Amendment.— The item relating to section 5310 in the table of sections for chapter 53 is amended by inserting “formula” before “grants”.
