SEC. 3014. FORMULA PROGRAM FOR OTHER THAN URBANIZED AREAS. (a) In General.— Section 5311 is amended— (1) in the section heading, by striking “ Financial assistance” and inserting “Formula grants”; and (2) in subsection (f)(1) by striking “10 percent of the amount made available in the fiscal year ending September 30, 1993, and”. (b) Conforming Amendment.— The item relating to section 5311 in the table of sections for chapter 53 is amended by striking “Financial assistance” and inserting “Formula grant”.
