SEC. 351. STUDY OF DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE SAFETY STANDARDS FOR TRANSPORTATION OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS Not later than one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to Congress a report on the adequacy of Department of Defense safety standards for the transportation of hazardous materials.
