SEC. 208. CHEMICAL WEAPONS CONVENTION COMPLIANCE MONITORING PROGRAM Of the amounts appropriated pursuant to section 201, $6,800,000 shall be available only to conduct a program to develop and demonstrate compliance monitoring capabilities in support of the Convention on the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons proposed by the United States in the Conference on Disarmament.
