OPTOELECTRONICS MATERIALS CENTER Of the amounts appropriated pursuant to section 201 for Defense Agencies, $14,500,000 shall be available only for the establishment 102 STAT. 1937of an Optoelectronics Materials Center at a university in the United States and for the acquisition of associated facilities.
