SEC. 115. SOURCE SELECTION AUTHORITY FOR THE PALLETIZED LOADING SYSTEM Section 259(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Years 1988 and 1989 (Public Law 100–180; 101 Stat. 1068) is amended by striking out “The Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition” at the beginning of the second sentence and inserting in lieu thereof “The Acquisition Executive for the Department of the Navy”.
