SEC. 2404. AFCENT SCHOOL The Secretary of Defense may, using amounts appropriated pursuant to section 2407(a)(2), contribute funds in the amount of $8,863,000 to the Government of the Netherlands (in its capacity as construction agent) for the United States share of the cost of the International Elementary and High School project in Brunssum, the Netherlands.
