CONFORMING STORAGE FACILITIES

SEC. 2405. CONFORMING STORAGE FACILITIES Section 2404(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act, 1987 (division B of Public Law 99–661), is amended to read as follows: “(a) Authority to Construct.—The Secretary of Defense may, using not more than $10,000,000 appropriated for fiscal year 1987, not more than $5,000,000 appropriated for fiscal year 1988, and not more than $9,300,000 appropriated for fiscal year 1989, carry out military construction projects not otherwise authorized by law for conforming storage facilities.”.
