SEC. 1124. EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE. In addition to amounts appropriated or otherwise made available by this Act, $50,000,000 is appropriated to the Department of Agriculture, to remain available until expended, to provide emergency disaster assistance to persons or entities who have incurred losses from a failure under section 312(a) of Public Law 94–265.
