SEC. 1125. FOOD FOR PROGRESS. The Food for Progress Act of 1985 (7 U.S.C. 1736o) is amended—112 STAT. 2681–46 (1) in subsection (f)(3), by inserting after “$30,000,000” the following: “(or, in the case of fiscal year 1999, $35,000,000)”; (2) in subsection (l)(1), by inserting after “$10,000,000” the following: “(or, in the case of fiscal year 1999, $12,000,000)”; (3) by redesignating subsection (n) as subsection (o); and (4) by inserting after subsection (m) the following: “(n) During fiscal year 1999, to the maximum extent practicable, the Secretary shall utilize Private Voluntary Organizations to carry out this section.”.
