SEC. 401. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS; AMENDMENTS TO IMMIGRATION AND NATIONALITY ACT. (a) Short Title.—This title may be cited as the “American Competitiveness and Workforce Improvement Act of 1998”. (b) Table of Contents.—The table of contents of this title is as follows: Sec. 401.
