SEC. 501. BLACKSTONE RIVER VALLEY NATIONAL HERITAGE CORRIDOR, MASSACHUSETTS AND RHODE ISLAND. Section 10(b) of the Act entitled “An Act to establish the Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor in Massachusetts and Rhode Island”, approved November 10, 1986 (Public Law 99647; 16 U.S.C. 461 note), is amended by striking “For fiscal year 1996, 1997, and 1998,” and inserting “For fiscal years 1998, 1999, and 2000,”.
