SEC. 411. CONSTRUCTION OF REGIONAL CENTERS FOR RESEARCH ON PRIMATES. Section 481B(a) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 287a–3(a)) is amended— (1) by striking “shall” and inserting “may”; and (2) by striking “$5,000,000” and inserting “up to $2,500,000”.
