SEC. 2602. AUTHORIZATION OF MILITARY CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS FOR WHICH FUNDS HAVE BEEN APPROPRIATED. (a) Army National Guard, Hilo, Hawaii.—Paragraph (1)(A) of section 2601 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1997 (division B of Public Law 104–201; 110 Stat. 2780) is amended by striking out “$59,194,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$65,094,000” to account for a project involving additions and alterations to an Army aviation support facility in Hilo, Hawaii. (b) Naval and Marine Corps Reserve, New Orleans.—Paragraph (2) of such section is amended by striking out “$32,779,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$37,579,000” to account for a project for the construction of a bachelor enlisted quarters at Naval Air Station, New Orleans, Louisiana.
