SEC. 2603. ARMY RESERVE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT, CAMP WILLIAMS, UTAH. With regard to the military construction project for the Army Reserve concerning construction of a reserve center and organizational maintenance shop at Camp Williams, Utah, to be carried out using funds appropriated pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in section 2601(a)(1)(B), the Secretary of the Army shall enter into an agreement with the State of Utah under which the State agrees to provide financial or in-kind contributions toward 111 STAT. 1984land acquisition, site preparation, and relocation costs in connection with the project.
