SEC. 153. CONTINUATION OF ILS INVENTORY PROGRAM. Section 44502(a)(4)(B) is amended— (1) by striking “each of fiscal years 1995 and 1996” and inserting “each of fiscal years 2000 through 2002”; and 114 STAT. 88 (2) by inserting “under new or existing contracts” after “including acquisition”.
