SEC. 154. AIRCRAFT NOISE PRIMARILY CAUSED BY MILITARY AIRCRAFT. Section 47504(c) is amended by adding at the end the following: “(6) Aircraft noise primarily caused by military aircraft.—The Secretary may make a grant under this subsection for a project even if the purpose of the project is to mitigate the effect of noise primarily caused by military aircraft at an airport.”.
