SEC. 127. COSTS OF INTERSTATE ENFORCEMENT DEMONSTRATIONS EXCLUDED IN COMPUTING INCENTIVE PAYMENTS. Section 458(d) of the Social Security Act is amended by inserting immediately before the period at the end the following: ”, and any amounts expended by the State in carrying out a special project assisted under section 455(e) shall be excluded”.
