SEC. 223. RESEARCH ON SOIL SCIENCE AND FOREST HEALTH MANAGEMENT. Of the amount made available under section 261(a)(2), the Secretary shall use $10,000,000 to provide a grant to the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, Nebraska, for laboratories and equipment for research on soil science and forest health and management.
