SEC. 224. RESEARCH ON WASTE STREAMS FROM LIVESTOCK PRODUCTION. Of the amount made available under section 261(a)(2), the Secretary shall use $3,500,000 to expand current research related to technologies for— (1) reducing, modifying, recycling, and using waste streams from livestock production; and (2) eliminating associated air, water, and soil quality problems.
