SEC. 161. LIMITATION ON REVENUE COVERAGE FOR POTATOES. Section 508(a)(3) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act (7 U.S.C. 1508(a)(3)), as amended by section 123, is amended by adding at the end the following: “(C) Limitation on revenue coverage for potatoes.—No policy or plan of insurance provided under this title (including a policy or plan of insurance approved by the Board under subsection (h)) shall cover losses due to a reduction in revenue for potatoes except as covered under a whole farm policy or plan of insurance, as determined by the Corporation.”.
