Sec. 2402. Section 403(a)(5) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 603(a)(5)), as amended by section 806(b) of the Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2000 (as enacted into law by section 1000(a)(4) of Public Law 106–113) is amended— (1) in subparagraph (F), by striking “$1,500,000” and inserting “$15,000,000”; (2) in subparagraph (G), by striking “$900,000” and inserting “$9,000,000”; and (3) in subparagraph (H), by striking “$300,000” and inserting “$3,000,000”.
