Sec. 2704. (a) In General.—Of the amounts provided to the Office of National Drug Control Policy for fiscal year 2000, pursuant to section 237 of H.R. 3425 of the 106th Congress, as enacted into law by section 1000(a)(5) of Public Law 106–113, the Director of such Office shall make a direct payment of $3,000,000 to the United States Olympic Committee for the conduct of anti-doping activities through the United States Anti-Doping Agency. (b) Direct Payments.—Effective on the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of the Office of National Drug Control Policy is authorized and directed to make a direct payment to the United States Olympic Committee for the conduct of anti-doping activities through the United States Anti-Doping Agency.
