SEC. 304. FILING DEADLINE FOR TREATMENT WORKS MODIFICATION. (a) Extension.— The second sentence of section 301(i)(1) is amended by striking out “of this subsection.” and inserting in lieu thereof “of the Water Quality Act of 1987.”. (b) Applicability.—The amendment made by subsection (a) shall not apply to those treatment works which are subject to a compliance schedule established before the date of the enactment of this Act by a court order or a final administrative order.
