AUTHORITY TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN CERTAIN MEMORIALS AND HISTORIC SITES ON THE ISLAND OF CORREGIDOR

SEC. 320. AUTHORITY TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN CERTAIN MEMORIALS AND HISTORIC SITES ON THE ISLAND OF CORREGIDOR (a) Authority.—The Secretary of Defense may repair and maintain memorial monuments and historic sites on the Island of Corregidor in the Republic of the Philippines which relate to involvement of the Armed Forces of the United States in the Philippines. (b) FY88 Authorization.—For the purpose described in subsection (a), the Secretary may use not more than $100,000 of the funds appropriated under section 301 for operation and maintenance of the Navy.
