SEC. 512. OAKWOOD BEACH AND RED HOOK PROJECTS, NEW YORK. (a) Relocation of Natural Gas Facilities.—Notwithstanding any provision of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, the Administrator shall pay, to the extent provided in appropriation Acts, in the same proportion as the Federal share of other project costs, all expenses for the relocation of facilities for the distribution of natural gas with respect to the entire wastewater treatment works known as the Oakwood Beach (EPA Grant Numbered 360392) and Red Hook (EPA Grant Numbered 360394) projects, New York. 101 STAT. 85 (b) Authorization of Appropriations.—There is authorized to be appropriated for fiscal years beginning after September 30, 1986, not to exceed $7,000,000 to carry out this section.
