WASTEWATER RECLAMATION DEMONSTRATION.

SEC. 514. WASTEWATER RECLAMATION DEMONSTRATION. (a) Authority to Make Grants.—The Administrator is authorized to make a grant to the San Diego Water Reclamation Agency, California, to demonstrate and field test for public use innovative processes which advance the technology of wastewater reclamation and which promote the use of reclaimed wastewater. (b) Federal Share.—The Federal share of grants made under this section shall be 85 percent of the costs of conducting such demonstration and field test. (c) Authorization of Appropriations.—There is authorized to be appropriated not to exceed $2,000,000 to carry out this section for fiscal years beginning after September 30, 1986.
