Subchapter II of chapter 99 is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new heading: “ 9902.64.05 Boots for use in the manufacture of inline roller skates (provided for in subheadings 6402.19.90, 6403.19.40, 6403.19.70, and 6404.11.90) ...............
