SEC. 2160. DIBUTYLNAPHTHALENESULFONIC ACID, SODIUM SALT. Subchapter II of chapter 99 is amended by sequence the following new heading: “ 9902.34.02 Surface active preparation containing 30 percent or more by weight of dibutylnaphthalenesulfonic acid, sodium salt (CAS No. 25633–17–9) (provided for in subheading 3402.90.30) Free No change No change On or before 12/31/2001 ”.
