SEC. 325. LAROSE TO GOLDEN MEADOW, LOUISIANA. The project for hurricane protection Larose to Golden Meadow, Louisiana, authorized by section 204 of the Flood Control Act of 1965 (79 Stat. 1077), is modified to authorize the Secretary to convert the Golden Meadow floodgate into a navigation lock if the Secretary determines that the conversion is technically feasible, environmentally acceptable, and economically justified.
