SEC. 345. CURWENSVILLE LAKE, PENNSYLVANIA. Section 562 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1996 (110 Stat. 3784) is amended— (1) by striking “The Secretary” and inserting the following: “(a) In General.—The Secretary”; and (2) by adding at the end the following: “(b) Recreation Facilities.—The Secretary— “(1) may provide design and construction assistance for recreational facilities at Curwensville Lake; and “(2) may require the non-Federal interest to provide not more than 25 percent of the cost of designing and constructing the recreational facilities.”.
