SEC. 367. MARTIN, KENTUCKY. The project for flood control, Martin, Kentucky, authorized by section 202(a) of the Energy and Water Development Appropriations Act, 1981 (94 Stat. 1339), is modified to authorize the Secretary to take all necessary measures to prevent future losses that would occur as a result of a flood equal in magnitude to a 100-year frequency event.
