SEC. 368. SOUTHERN WEST VIRGINIA PILOT PROGRAM. Section 340(g) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 (106 Stat. 4856) is amended to read as follows: “(g) Authorization of Appropriations.—There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out the pilot program under this section $40,000,000 for fiscal years beginning after September 30, 1992. Such sums shall remain available until expended.”.
