SEC. 370. TROPICANA WASH AND FLAMINGO WASH, NEVADA. Any Federal costs associated with the Tropicana Wash and Flamingo Wash, Nevada, authorized by section 101(13) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 (106 Stat. 4803), incurred by the non-Federal interest to accelerate or modify construction of the project, in cooperation with the Corps of Engineers, shall be eligible for reimbursement by the Secretary.
