SEC. 371. COMITE RIVER, LOUISIANA. The Comite River Diversion Project for flood control, authorized as part of the project for flood control, Amite River and Tributaries, Louisiana, by section 101(11) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 (106 Stat. 4802) and modified by section 301(b)(5) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1996 (110 Stat. 3709), is further modified to authorize the Secretary to include the costs of highway relocations to be cost shared as a project construction feature.
