SEC. 428. BRUSH AND ROCK CREEKS, MISSION HILLS AND FAIRWAY, KANSAS. The Secretary shall evaluate the preliminary engineering report for the project for flood control, Mission Hills and Fairway, Kansas, entitled “Preliminary Engineering Report: Brush Creek/Rock Creek Drainage Improvements, 66th Street to State Line Road”, to determine whether the plans contained in the report are feasible and in the Federal interest.
