SEC. 429. ATCHAFALAYA RIVER, BAYOUS CHENE, BOEUF, AND BLACK, LOUISIANA. The Secretary shall investigate the problems associated with the mixture of freshwater, saltwater, and fine river silt in the channel of the project for navigation, Atchafalaya River and Bayous Chene, Boeuf, and Black, Louisiana, authorized by section 101 114 STAT. 2639of the River and Harbor Act of 1968 (82 Stat. 731), and recommend a solution to the problems.
