SEC. 727. TRAUMA TRAINING CENTER. Section 742 of the Strom Thurmond National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1999 (Public Law 105–261; 112 Stat. 2074) is amended to read as follows: “SEC. 742. AUTHORIZATION TO ESTABLISH A TRAUMA TRAINING CENTER. “The Secretary of the Army is hereby authorized to establish a Trauma Training Center in order to provide the Army with a trauma center capable of training forward surgical teams.”.
