SEC. 814. ASSISTANCE FOR PURCHASE OF ADDITIONAL CROP INSURANCE COVERAGE. The Secretary shall transfer $400,000,000 of funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation to the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation to be used to assist agricultural producers in purchasing additional coverage for the 2000 crop year under the Federal Crop Insurance Act (7 U.S.C. 1501 et seq.).
