SEC. 815. FORGIVENESS OF CERTAIN WATER AND WASTE DISPOSAL LOANS. The Secretary shall forgive the principal indebtedness and accrued interest owed by the City of Stroud, Oklahoma, to the Rural Utilities Service on water and waste disposal loans numbered 9105 and 9107.
