SEC. 203. SUPPLEMENTAL AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2001 FOR RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT, TEST, AND EVALUATION, DEFENSE-WIDE. In addition to the funds authorized to be appropriated under section 201(4) of the Floyd D. Spence National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2001 (as enacted into law by Public Law 106–398; 114 Stat. 1654A-32), there is hereby authorized to be appropriated $1,000,000 for fiscal year 2001 for the use of the Department of Defense for research, development, test, and evaluation, for Defense-wide activities.
