SEC. 214. JOINT BIOLOGICAL DEFENSE PROGRAM. Section 217(a) of the Floyd D. Spence National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2001 (as enacted into law by Public Law 106–398; 114 Stat. 1654A-36) is amended by striking “funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act may not” and inserting “no funds authorized to be appropriated to the Department of Defense for fiscal year 2002 may”.
