SEC. 215. COOPERATIVE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE-DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS MEDICAL RESEARCH PROGRAM. Of the funds authorized to be appropriated by section 201(4), $2,500,000 shall be available for the cooperative Department of Defense/Department of Veterans Affairs medical research program. The Secretary of Defense shall transfer such amount to the Secretary of Veterans Affairs for such purpose not later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act.
